Once you have received your tracking number you can track your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.
The Budget Yogi does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.
If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
